August Visit to Cardiologist
Myrna saw her cardiologist today and all is normal-well, normal for a cat with HCM. But the heart has not enlarged; the heart beat is normal; pulse normal; breathing rate is normal; and lungs are clear. No sign of congestion or infection. This is great news! Our next visit will be in November. Here are the findings:
Today's radiographs revealed stable cardiac size, and there is no evidence of congestive heart failure. Myrna's cardiac disease is considered stable at this time.
